Tour booking cancelation and refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms that apply to all tour bookings made with us. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept the conditions below.

Pricing

All prices displayed are charged per person. Discounts apply automatically to groups of three or more, who will receive 10% off the total booking value.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time qualify for a 50% refund of the full tour price.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refunds.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your tour date or time, rescheduling must be completed no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.

Activity Availability

While we aim to deliver every experience as advertised, certain activities may be unavailable due to weather conditions, venue restrictions etc.  Alternatives will be offered where necesary.
