Refund Policy
Cancellation
If you're unable to attend the tour, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. To be eligible for a refund, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the tour departure date. If you cancel within this timeframe, you're entitled to a refund.
Refund Process
To initiate the refund process, simply call or WhatsApp Trevor with your reason for cancellation. We'll review your request and process it accordingly.
If your cancellation meets our eligibility criteria, you'll receive 50% of the total tour price as a refund. Please note that refunds will only be made for cancellations received within the specified timeframe.

​Refunds will be made via the original payment method. We'll process refunds within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-10 business days.
Refund eligibility
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows. In such cases, we'll consider the booking as confirmed, and no refund will be applicable.
